1.Bottom Film Roll
Automatic film release and pre-tensioning, and includes a handle-operated film adjustment mechanism.
2.Vacuum Pump
We use Busch pumps with a maximum vacuum level of 0.1 mbar for reliable packaging with tight seal.
3. Controll System
Adopts Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen. A user-friendly interface makes the machine easy to use.
4.Top Film Roll
Adopts a Siemens servo motor with accurate film positioning. It also uses a Banner photoeye for precise film tracking.
5.Thermoforming Mold
The mold material is made of aviation aluminum,which offering high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
6.Electric Componet
Integrates premium components from renowned brands such as Schneider, Siemens, and Omron, ensuring reliable performance.
7.Cutting Kives
The cutter is adjustable and optionally equipped with a punching function. It offers high-speed, stable, and precise cutting.
8.Waste Collector
Operates noiselessly, consumes only 0.18 kW/h, automatically adjusts operating state based on the length of the waste film.
