How It Works
1. Bottom Film Feeding
Bottom film is automatically unrolled and fed into the machine.
2. Forming
The film is heated and formed into required shape.
3. Vacuum & Sealing
Air is removed and the top film is sealed over the product.
4. Coding
Print information such as production date or batch number,etc.
5. Cutting
The package is cut into individual packs with cross and longitudinal cutters.
6. Discharge
Finished packs are conveyed out, ready for boxing or further processing.
